As a small business, and personalised at that. We are not able to offer the huge discounts may big companies can offer. We also personalise every product individually which takes time.
Items purchased on our Black Friday deals MAY have an extended turnaround however all will be dispatched in time for Christmas (we have no intention of anything being dispatched that late... lol but we like to say - Just in case) we hope to not go over a 15 day turnaround!
