In regards to the recent guidelines implemented in the UK due to COVID-19, we have made some changes to the way we operate. During this uncertain time, our upmost priority is the health and welfare of our employees and customers.
We would like to confirm we are still taking online orders and making and dispatching orders as normal. Due some courier international delays there maybe some delays with parcels reaching outside of the UK. Within the UK we currently use Royal mail and dispatch via 1st class services, however we are aware the are a little stretched right now and sometimes parcels may take a little longer.
Products have disappeared?
You may have noticed during this time many of our products have disappeared from our website. This is due to 4 of our suppliers closing, we are therefore only able to advertise our in house stock, we do still have many stock and lines to be added to the website but this is quite a long process which we do hope to have all on soon.
At present our lounge wear side is NOT affected with regards to stock as this is all manufactured IN HOUSE. However if at any point we do run out of a fabric or colour our website will be updated with 'Pre order' next to this colour and this item will only be available for dispatch once suppliers are up and running again and fabric is received.
Please be assured that we will try our upmost to maintain the fastest level of service and dispatch times during this time, we are working around the clock to ensure orders are out, stock is updated and admin is kept up to date.
Please note that at this time emails are being answered predominantly in the evenings and weekends and a little delayed as right now our priority of most is to get orders out of the door as fast as possible in case of any further delays or government updates which may force us to close.
In addition to our regular cleaning practices, we are implementing the thorough guidelines advised by the UK government in our warehouse and work-spaces. Our staff will be undergoing strict hygiene checks which will be monitored throughout the day. All staff are to be at least 2 meters apart at all times during their time at our premises.
Our upmost priority is the well-being and health of our employees, customers and community. Please take care of yourselves and the health of your loved ones by following the government guidelines.
