- Printed items - Any items not embroidered - We will aim to have your order dispatched in around 4-7 working days. This includes printed birthday Pj's etc.
- Embroidery items - Any items that are embroidered but are NOT lounge wear - These are usually dispatched within 1-7 working days.
- Lounge wear - all lounge wear excluding express lounge wear has a turnaround of up to 10 working days. At many times throughout the month this turnaround can be as low as 2 days however please expect closer to 5-10 working days.
Please remember our dispatch time for all orders is up to 10 working days however the above details the usual dispatch time. Please always use the 10 working day dispatch as a reference so that your item arrives in time. If needing for a special day within that time you MUST use priority dispatch as we are not able to push your order through without it.
Always go by the longest turnaround item within your order. Check social media for current turnaround times. Our team will post in stories regularly.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes as your order is straight into production.

Once we pass your Millie & Blake order to Royal Mail your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with Royal Mail, any issues need to be investigated by Royal Mail. We are unable to contact them on your behalf to see if they have any other information. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. We have been experiencing some delays with them at the moment.

In very occasional circumstances, Royal Mail may lose a parcel. This can be very frustrating for everyone and we ask for your understand of this. It is very rare this happens and if in the unlikely event this happens to you, we will endeavour to work with you to help locate it. Royal Mails policy states you must wait 21 days after the item has been posted for a parcel to be considered 'lost'. After this time your item/s will be remade, subject to stock and usual turnaround times.
In no circumstance will refunds be given for lost parcels.
We will ALWAYS do our best to ensure turnaround is as low as possible, however at busier times of the month including around payday or sale days we may need to increase turnaround. This may not be updated on our shipping page.
Bank Holiday & Weekend Closure
Our workshop and offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays. No orders will be dispatched during these times.
Working days are Monday - Friday this does not include weekends or bank holidays. As an example if you ordered Thursday the 3rd working day would be Tuesday.
Christmas Closure 2021
Our Workshop and offices are closed from the 23rd of December to the 4th of January. No orders will be dispatched during this time.
Our turnaround remains at 10 working days however due to COVID-19 our turnaround could increase to 28 days.
