Standard Turnaround
1-7 Working Days

We have a turnaround of up to 7 working days for all orders that are not part of our 48h dispatch items. While most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days please expect up to 7 working days before dispatch. This will allow for any delays should you be ordering for a special occasion. 

Working days are Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays
As a team we are working hard change as many items to our a 48hour dispatch! 

Please always use the 7 working day dispatch as a reference so that your item arrives in time.

*Please note if we have unexpected staff shortages - turnaround can sometimes be delayed by 1-2 working days. This will be avoided where possible however if there is sickness this may not be able to be avoided. 

Made to Order Lounge Wear
3-10 Working Days

We are very proud to say our Made to Order Lounge Wear is made in house here in Yorkshire, our made to order lounge wear is exactly that. It is made for you, each individual item. Your order comes in, it is cut from the fabric roll, it is sewn, coverstitched, poppers added, embroidered and sent out to you. With this in mind our made to order lounge wear has a turnaround of 3-10 working days before dispatch. 48 Hour Dispatch

These are the only items that have a 48H dispatch.


Just add to cart and we will dispatch within 48 hours* If you order an item that is NOT a 48h item and also 48h dispatch item, your order will not be part of our 48h dispatch and will be dispatched within standard shipping times. We are unable to split orders.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS
NATIONAL

Should you be ordering for a special occasion such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc - ONLY ITEMS IN THESE CATEGORIES COUNT AS BEING FOR THESE OCCASIONS. Ordering a lounge set for Easter will not be classed as an Easter item on our system and you must allow full turnaround for these.

We keep our orders open as long as we can for Occasions such as Mother's Day, Easter etc and detail cut off when your order would not be made on time.

When ordering for a special occasion and you are very close to our cut off we would always recommend selecting 24h tracked.

We will dispatch items a minimum of 48h before the date of the occasion (again this is just for national occasions not personal ones)
However we are not responsible for any delays with the courier, which is why we recommend ordering early and selecting 24h tracked.

If you are ordering for a special occasion and your order includes items not relating to the special occasion, eg mother's day we recommend ensuring that you give enough time or the full occasion. 

SPECIAL OCCASIONS
PERSONAL


Birthdays/Weddings/Photoshoots etc - You must take into account the full turnaround mentioned above. Include the shipping time on top of the 7 working days when calculating when your item should arrive.


Once your order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes as your order is straight into production.

We do not ship internationally at present, this includes Ireland

FAQ's

Why do we have such a long turnaround on our Create your own lounge wear?
Our lounge wear is completely manufactured in house. It is cut from the fabric roll, made and embroidered especially for you. 

Postal Delays 

Once we pass your Millie & Blake order to our couriers your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with our couriers, any issues need to be investigated by Royal Mail. We are unable to contact them on your behalf to see if they have any other information. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. All guaranteed dispatch times can be referred to the courier's website for the option you have selected at checkout.

My parcel shows as delivered but hasn't been?

Please check all safe places & neighbours, Check tracking for GPS location to see if this matches. If not you must contact us within 48 hours for us to contact Royal Mail. After this time we may not be able to investigate.

You will be requited to sign a legal document 'Denial of receipt'

Investigations can take up to 28 days, please note we cannot speed the process up as we are normally waiting for a response from Royal Mail


My parcel stated it was being delivered today and it has not been?

Royal mails text message and email service can sometimes have the wrong information. They are automated messages and your parcel may not have been sent on the round. Should your order not arrive the day after you must contact us within 48 hours for us to contact Royal Mail. After this time we may not be able to investigate.

LOST PARCELS

In very occasional circumstances, Royal Mail may lose a parcel. This can be very frustrating for everyone and we ask for your understand of this. It is very rare this happens and if in the unlikely event this happens to you, we will endeavour to work with you to help locate it. Royal Mails policy states you must wait 21 working days after the item has been posted for a parcel to be considered 'lost'. After this time your item/s will be remade, subject to stock and usual turnaround times.

In no circumstance will refunds be given for lost parcels. If we are unable to replace an item due to stock, refunds will be given as Gift Cards only.

Our Promise

We will ALWAYS do our best to ensure turnaround is as low as possible, however at busier times of the month including around payday or sale days we may need to increase turnaround. This may not be updated on our shipping page.

Bank Holiday & Weekend Closure

Our workshop and offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays. No orders will be dispatched during these times. 

Working days

Working days are Monday - Friday this does not include weekends or bank holidays. As an example if you ordered Thursday the 3rd working day would be Tuesday.
